ABOUT

Private debt fund NuCapital is one of the first private debt funds established in Lithuania. The purpose of the fund is to provide loans to SME’s not only in Lithuania but also in the entire EU and European Economic Area.

The fund team follows the following key lending criteria throughout the fund period:

Loans are granted only with collateral: the maximum possible loan-to-value ratio can only provide up to 66%

Clear criteria for the selection of collateral: For each asset class, there is a pre-determined loan-to-collateral ratio. They can never be exceeded.

The fund also envisages in its strategy not only loans with collateral, but also various other forms of financing in line with the fund’s strategy:

Financing of the factoring service: the fund has the possibility to provide factoring type financing by selecting insured debtors with stable financial flows according to strict criteria’s.

NuCapital is the only private debt fund in Lithuania that has signed cooperation agreements with INVEGA:

Cooperation with INVEGA: The Fund has signed various cooperation agreements with INVEGA from interest compensation to the ALTERNATIVE and ALTERNATIVE de minimis funding of the SME entities.
